This controller is a packing or filling scale or machine controller. It’s A/D is analog device Co.’s high accurate and high speed 24bits Σ-Δ A/D IC chips. It adopt single chip MCU, low drift differential amplifier, consecutive filter in quasi-stationary dynamic weighing. The instruments use menus for administrator prescription input, work prescription input and advanced control parameters input with password protection. It's advanced control menus include actuator’s operating parameters of some weight threshold, advanced weight, control time, control commands or modes due to specific actuators.
